By downloading or using Refuge Faith, you agree to these terms.
Refuge Faith grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Refuge Faith offers a one-time “Refuge Pro” upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store’s terms. All sales are final per Apple’s refund policies.
Refuge Pro is Family Sharing eligible. When you purchase Pro, members of your Apple Family Sharing group can use Pro features on their own devices at no additional cost.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your purchase at no additional cost through Settings → Refuge Pro → Restore Purchase.
Refuge Faith includes excerpts from public-domain and canonical religious sources (Bible, Quran, Tanakh, Dhammapada, Bhagavad Gita, classical mystics, and others), presented respectfully within each tradition’s context. Content is provided for personal devotional use. The app takes no position on theological questions and does not substitute for the guidance of a religious authority within your tradition.
The “Echoes” feature surfaces connections between your own writing and your own prayers. It does not interpret meaning or claim that prayers have been answered — only you can do that.

Refuge Faith is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
